Royal Manicure!

As I was watching the royal wedding today on bbc 1, the first thing that came to my mind when I saw what the Queen was wearing was the Chanel nail polish, mimosa. The woman has so much swag, I just love it, haha!

This past week all I've done is bang on about how much I love this nail polish. I'm just drawn to it. Unfortunately I can't possibly justify forking out for a Chanel nail polish at the moment. HOWEVER, I can defiantly try to find something similar. I don't think It's just any old yellow so I would be really excited if I succeeded. Eeeeeep!!

I was looking through the Valentino spring collection on style.com and these three "maxi-style" dresses awakened my desire for a long, elegant, romantic, simple but chic dress. I haven't seen any I would like in the high street or thrift stores but something will find me......challenge accepted.

In the past, I haven't been the most experimental dresser, but I'm evolving and becoming more confident with what I wear. Luckily for me, colour blocking is a big trend this spring. Honestly......I haven't experimented with colour blocking myself yet, but I am so inspired and love the whole idea. Next stop?......breaking away from my comfort zone and creating a look inspired by colour blocking!
